Join a work party today!
We host work parties on the second Saturday of each month that are open to everyone!

We host monthly beginner friendly weekend work parties that rotate between Lord Hill Regional Park hosted on odd months(January, March, etc.) and Reiter Foothills State Forest hosted on even months(February, April, etc.) so you can dig where you ride. Whether this is your first work party or your 100th, there's always something for everyone!

While the monthly weekend work parties are a great way to plan ahead and have fun with the larger community, we also stay busy in-between. Check on social and the event calendar to stay updated and learn more about work partys and other events.

Lord Hill Workparty

Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We'll be all over the west side of the park to take care of clogged drains and leafy trails for the rainy season ahead. We'll meet at the barn for 2:00 and head into the park. We can transport tools into the park, but can't drive more than two people in so it's recommended to bike in and we can pass tools out at the start of trails.  We will need anyone joining to either sign a paper waiver form waiver the day of, or make an account on the county's volunteer portal ahead of time if looking to avoid the paperwork. https://snoco.cervistech.com/

Boogeyman Workparty(Come & Go)

Thursday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

We're working out of Reiter Foothills in the clearcut section of Boogeyman near the road crossing to build up features and realign some short sections of trail as part of trail rebuild. The weather is expected to be nice so we're planning to bring headlamps and worklights to stay a little later!  This is a Come & Go Workparty with no RSVP needed. Meet on the trail any time after the start time and stay for however long works for you. We'll have tools and someone experienced on the trail during the event times so all you need is some work gloves and layers to stay comfortable for the days weather!

Lord Hill Monthly Dig

Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

We'll iron out the details at the day gets closer! This is our monthly Saturday workparty for November which will be at Lord Hill. We'll park and meet at the barn located at the park’s north entrance and start hiking in with tools slightly after the start time and be back at the parking lot before the end time.  Tools are provided, but be sure to bring some work gloves and enough food and water for the day as we'll be out on the trails for the day. RSVP is encouraged using Snohomish County's Volunteer Portal(https://snoco.cervistech.com/).

What to Bring

Bring a pair of work gloves and some sturdy footwear along with enough food and water to keep you fueled for the day. We'll have enough tools to pass around, but you're always welcomed to bring your favorite if you have one.

What to Expect

Once we pass out tools and go over the basics, we'll hike our way over to the trail and get everyone setup for a day of trailwork! Expect a 3-5 hour day depending on the weather and everyone's mood.
